Trainee Advisor

Yannique Is a trainee debt adviser working in West London since 2020 . Prior to this, Yannique worked as a software developer.

Yannique is one of our trainee debt advisor who Joined in October 2020. prior to this Yannique worked as a software engineer. With over five years of loss prevention experience Yannique is used to delivering high quality customer service.

Uzma graduated from university with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2011. She feels deeply connected to charitable work and social services working to improve the lives of others. Uzma has many years of experience working in the charity sector and has gained knowledge and experience in international development aid, UK care system, mental illness, safeguarding issues, and telephone counselling services.
 

For the past 8 years Uzma has been working for a leading international NGO, where she coordinated an education programme across South East Asia & Europe. The programme aimed to help get the world's most needy children out of child labour and into school, empowering them to break free from the cycle of poverty.

Uzma feels good to be bringing the focus back closer to home and supporting the community.  She will be working hard to help clients achieve success in overcoming their financial burdens and leading more happier and fulfilled lives.

Oliver is a Trainee Debt Advisor from Walthamstow and joined the team in October 2020. He studied History at the University of Leicester and has experience in customer service.

Oliver has previously worked customer service roles in the gambling industry and joined Debt Free London in order to positively impact the lives of Londoners. He strongly believes that no one should be in debt and is committed to helping Londoners become financially independent. Oliver studied History at the University of Leicester and has a passion for personal finance.

Oliver enjoys watching and playing football, as well as running, which he started to do during lockdown. His other interests include playing video games and cooking.

Kalpamayee is a trainee debt advisor, she joined the team in November 2020. 

Prior to joining the team, Kalpamayee previously worked with the advice team at Community Links. She also has experience working within the charity sector for many years. Kalpamyee has a passion for community work and making long lasting change.

Justyna is a Trainee Debt Advisor who joined the team in November 2020 after leaving her career in optics. 

Justyna was born in Poland but has been living in London since 2006.

She graduated in English language. She has a background in management and customer service. Justyna has a passion for helping others and worked as a Covid tester during the pandemic. She joined Debt Free Advice to make a positive impact on the London community.

Raised in East London, Jay has previous experience in administrative support for an accountancy firm, as well as experience in customer service roles. He also achieved a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Roehampton University.

Coming from East London, Jay's interest and passion for impacting the community that raised him is strong. Being able to be a part of the fight against poverty, and provide support to those in the most need is a service he is eager to be involved in.

During and following his studies at university in Business Management, he has been involved in a number of client facing and customer service roles within a wide range of services. Before joining Debt Free, Jay worked at Roehampton University as part of the Development & Alumni Team providing support to struggling graduates looking for career opportunities.

Eunice joined the team as a Trainee Debt Advisor in October 2020. Prior to joining Debt Free Advice, she volunteered in various organisations and is a graduate in law.
 

As a Trainee Debt Advisor, she works in the community and dealing with individuals who need help in taking hold of their finances.

Daphie is a trainee debt advisor. Who started working for Debt Free Advice team at Nucleus Legal Advice in October 2020.

Daphie has experience in customer service and the legal advice sector. She studied Law at Leeds University. Looking forward to helping people with debt advice and progressing in the debt advice sector.

Prior to Ben joining Debt Free Advice he worked for a Building Society in Sheffield. In his free time, he enjoy playing and watching football, reading about current affairs and going to pubs with friends.

Ben completed his undergraduate degree in Politics and Economics at the University of Sheffield, he also completed a Masters Degree in Global Political Economy at the same institution. Afterwards, he worked for Nationwide Building Society as a Financial Consultant. Given his prior work experience and the research he has carried out on economic inequality, poverty and debt in the UK, he felt becoming a debt adviser was a good fit. Ben is a big football and West Ham united fan. He enjoys reading a range of articles on current affairs, especially private eye.
