Video Advice

To start, press the 'Launch Video Advice' button at the top of this page. This will open our Video Advice service in a new window.

So that our Advisors can see and hear you, you need to give your device permission to access the camera and microphone. A pop up window will appear. Select allow to grant permission.

After this press the start button and wait to be connected, depending on availability it could take a couple of minutes to connect. Please note that all calls are recorded for training and quality purposes.

If there’s a Video Advisor available you can start your appointment straightaway or alternatively you can book a future appointment by calling us on 0800 808 5700. Appointments are available weekdays between 10am-5pm.
