Liam Randall

Liam joined Debt Free Advice in April 2021 and, in his role as Head of Impact and Strategy, he leads on culture, innovation and marketing.

Liam started his career in management consultancy, leading on healthcare and aviation projects aimed at creating high performance cultures. Liam proceeded to specialise in data and insights, where he worked at M&C Saatchi on the Home Office's flagship counter extremism programme.

During the global pandemic Liam worked at the National Gallery as part of the Gallery's reopening strategy, providing an evidence led approach to guiding decision making at a critical time.

Since joining Debt Free Advice, Liam has transformed the approach to data by launching an interactive dashboard making it easier than ever to provide evidence to stakeholders. Currently Liam is spearheading a review of Debt Free Advice's culture and strategy to create a truly high performance organisation.
