Flexer Of The Year
Flex is the name of the system Debt Free London uses to support clients via telephone, video chat, web chat and WhatsApp. The Flexer of the Year is awarded to the colleague who has supported the highest number of clients via Flex, supported referral partners to seamlessly signpost clients to our free advice service, has significantly contributed to team meetings and making suggestions on improving our processes.

The award for Debt Team of the Year is awarded to an organisation that has received the most number of positive Trustpilot reviews from clients, who has made a significant impact to the lives of clients, the community or debt advice more generally, and whose team have shown continuous commitment to improving the quality of their advice by advancing their money advice skills, knowledge and professionalism.

The team has worked incredibly hard in really difficult circumstances. So many people in need of debt advice are facing multiple complex issues, often made worse by the pandemic, but our team has delivered consistently excellent advice and we’re so grateful to have that recognised. We’re also grateful to those clients who have taken the time to review our service.
This award is testament to the exceptional standard of debt advice given by Roni Marsh and her team and is thoroughly deserved. Their dedication, knowledge and tenacity has ensured our clients get the support they need to resolve their problem debt and move on with their lives. The landscape for social welfare advice is currently extremely challenging so we’re grateful to Debt Free London for their recognition of the contribution the Law Centre is making. We know that many people don’t come to us with just a money advice problem and for us, this award recognises the importance of having such a team embedded in the Law Centre so it can work across our teams from housing, welfare rights, family, employment, and immigration. Together we all lift people out of crisis.
